What products do you supply?
We supply the full IT stack: PC components (CPUs, motherboards, memory, GPUs, storage), complete systems and servers, networking equipment, software licences, cybersecurity and cloud subscriptions, and peripherals such as keyboards, mice, monitors and printers.
Do you only sell in bulk / wholesale quantities?
Our pricing is structured for the trade, so it rewards volume. That said, we're happy to quote a range of order sizes — send us your requirement and we'll advise the most cost-effective quantity tiers.
Are your products genuine and warranted?
Yes. Everything we ship is sourced through authorised channels and carries the applicable manufacturer warranty. We never deal in counterfeit or unauthorised grey-market stock.
How do I get a price?
Use the Request a Quote form with your product list and quantities, or email our trade desk directly. We typically respond with pricing, availability and lead times within one business day.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship internationally across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and beyond. We handle consolidated freight and export documentation, and can deliver to your premises or a nominated freight forwarder.
What are your payment terms?
Terms depend on the order and our relationship. We support standard international trade payment methods and can discuss credit terms for established, repeat clients.
Can you source a product that isn't in your catalogue?
Very likely. Our sourcing network covers a broad range of manufacturers and distributors, including hard-to-find and end-of-life items. Send us the details and we'll try to locate it.
How do you handle faulty items or returns?
We coordinate warranty claims and RMAs on your behalf. If a product arrives faulty or fails within its warranty period, contact your account representative and we'll manage the process.
